Zachary Carrettin completed his B.Mus. and M.Mus. at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University where he was a pupil of and teaching assistant to Kenneth Goldsmith. As a baroque and classic period violinist, he has performed with many acclaimed ensembles of early music, including Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, and American Bach Soloists. He composes for and performs with the aerial-vertical dance troupe Project Bandaloop, playing baroque violin, romantic violin, and electric violin.
